Robert "Mike" "Bulldawg" Dyal

On the evening of January 27, 2021, Mr. Robert Michael “Mike” Dyal, age 64 of Baldwin, went to be with the Lord in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his family. Mike was born in Baxley, Georgia to Thedous Anderson. He spent years traveling the United States operating cranes, making lifelong friends and memories along his way. In February of 1996, he married his wife, Della and together they built a loving family. Mike was an avid football fan. He earned the nickname “Bulldawg” as a testament to his love and dedication to the Georgia Bulldogs. He was known for his hilarious sense of humor and wit. Wherever Mike went, contagious laughter always followed. When he was not working or watching his favorite football team, he enjoyed being at home and spending time with his beloved family and friends. He is survived by his wife of twenty-six years: Della Dyal; children: Jason (Natasha) Dyal of St. Augustine, Renee Clark (Eddie) McDowell and James (Autumn) Dyal all of Macclenny; mother: Thedous Anderson; grandchildren: Jacob Dyal, Valorie Dyal, Ashley Myers, Makinzie Holloway, Terry Olin Jeffers, and James Michael Dyal Jr.; great grandchildren: Raelan and Henley Myers. Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents: Elmer and Louisa Myers Dyal, and his first wife: Margie Williams Dyal. A celebration of his life will be held 1:00pm, Saturday, January 30, 2021 in the chapel of Warren Funeral Services of Baldwin with Brother Gene Hodges officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
