Nelda M Hamilton

Ms. Nelda M. Hamilton, age 77 of Baldwin, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023. Born in Ybor City, Florida to the late Paul E. Hart and Chloe Strickland, Ms. Nelda was a Baldwin resident for the past fifty-seven years and a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Baldwin. She was a devoted mother to her children, being the primary caregiver to her daughter, Jennifer, for forty-five years. Ms. Nelda enjoyed going fishing and traveling with her family. She is survived by her companion of thirty years: Tom Chisholm of Bryceville; sons: Ronnie (Tara) Hamilton of Live Oak and Scott (Amanda) Chisholm of St. George, GA; daughter: Cynthia (RL) Kilpatrick of Hilliard; grandchildren: Hunter Hamilton of Miami, Chase Hamilton of Gainesville, Anna Hamilton of Jacksonville, Kailey Kilpatrick of Hilliard, and Colby Chisholm, Noah Chisholm, and Bryce Chisholm all of St. George, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Robert Hamilton, her children: Jennifer Hamilton, Keith Hamilton, and Michael Chisholm. A celebration of Ms. Nelda’s life will be held 11:00am, Friday, September 29, 2023, in the chapel of Warren Funeral Services with Reverend Chris Drum officiating.
