Jennifer Leigh Hamilton

Jennifer Leigh Hamilton, of Baldwin, completed her journey on Sunday, February 20, 2022, and is now in her heavenly home.  She was born in Jacksonville to Robert L. and Nelda Hamilton. Jennifer was a special blessing to her family for forty-five years and was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by her mother: Nelda Hamilton (Tom Chisholm) of Baldwin; siblings: Keith (Ana Laura) Hamilton of Orange Park, Ronnie (Tara) Hamilton of Live Oak, Cynthia (R.L.) Kilpatrick of Hilliard, and Scott (Amanda) Chisholm of St. George, GA; nieces and nephews: Hunter, Chase, Anna, Kailey, and her four legged nephew: Hammy; her aunt Betty Hamilton of Tampa; uncle Sam Hart of Auburndale; numerous other family members and a special caregiver of over twenty years: June Washington. She was preceded by her father Bob Hamilton, brother Michael Chisholm, and grandparents: JW and Lucille Bailie and Luther and Chloe Hughes. A celebration of her life will be held 2:00pm, Thursday, February 24, 2022, in the chapel of Warren Funeral Services with Reverend Chris Drum officiating.
