Funeral services for Trevor Duane Smith (40) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, May 20, 2010 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home with Pastor Larry McGinley of Old Plank Road Baptist Church officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. Trevor was born on May 3, 1970, son of Fred Smith and the former Carolyn Anderson. He passed away on May 14, 2010. In addition to his wife of 14 years, Susan Smith, survivors include: son, Garrett; daughter, Brittany; father, Fred; two brothers, Joe and Chad (Eleanor); sister, Pam (Sam); grandmother, Vonice; numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at the funeral home.
