BULLARD: Funeral services for Tommy Bullard (62) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 7 p.m. Monday, February 15, 2016 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home with pastor Robert Moore officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mr. Bullard was born on June 26, 1953 in Ocala, Florida, son of the late Lawton Bullard and the former Betty Potts. He passed away on February 12, 2016 following a lengthy illness. In addition to his wife of 39 years, Donna Bullard, survivors include: daughter, Shanna Williams; grandson, Colby Thomas Williams; granddaughter, Chasitey Lynn Williams; numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, William Thomas Bullard Jr.; two brothers, Lawton Bullard Jr. and David Bullard; sister, Angela Bullard.
