Thomas Floyd Johns Jr.

Mr.Thomas Floyd Johns Jr., of Jacksonville FL, passed away on Saturday February 1, 2025 at the age of 69. Born in Jacksonville, FL on October 11, 1955, to the late Thomas Floyd Johns Sr. and Leona Johns, he was a lifelong Jacksonville resident.

He enjoyed hunting, dirt track races, listening to ZZ Top, and spending time in the sun. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grand babies who he loved so very much. Thomas will be deeply missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Teresa Johns.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Rene Johns; his children, TJ (Amy) Johns, Julia (Ryan) Ward, and Justin Johns; sisters; Tami (Mike) Topham, and Tina Johns; grandchildren, Ryan Jr. and Brooke; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A 10am visitation will be held at Otis Road Church of God, for friends and family. His funeral service will begin at 11am, with the committal service immediately following at Sellers Cemetery. All are welcomed to join the family for food and fellowship back at the church, following the burial ceremony.
