Ms. Manser was born on November 17, 1936 in Alamo, Georgia, daughter of the late J.B. and Josephine Causey. She passed away August 11, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. Survivors include her daughter, Starr Angelia Manser Ingle (Jerry); sons, Jack David Manser and William Edward Manser; sister, Jo Ann Stafford; grandchildren, Christina Irezarry (Sam), Joseph Manser and Gage Manser. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Clark Manser and her son, Clark Joseph Manser Jr..
