Funeral services for Sarah Josephine Hunt (57) of Bryceville, Florida will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Brandy Branch Baptist Church with Pastor Rusty Bryan officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Brandy Branch Cemetery, Bryceville, Florida with military honors. Sarah was born on November 15, 1953 in Callahan, Florida, daughter of Richard David Hunt, Sr. and the former Sadie Jo Holton. She passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2011 following a lengthy illness. In addition to her parents, David and Sadie, survivors include: three brothers, R.D. (Jamie) Hunt, Lee (Debbie) Hunt and Darby Hunt; sister, Lucretia "Scooter" (Bruce) Warren; three nephews, J.D. Hunt, Joshua Hunt and Nathan (Kim) Hunt; five nieces, Michelle (Issac) Roth, Devin (Jimmy) McNair, Lydia Hunt, Erica Warren and Try Hunt; great nephew, Mason Roth; numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home.
