Memorial services for Richard Allen Spurling, 69, of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 9, 2015 at Baldwin Assembly of God with Pastor Robert Hutson officiating. Mr. Spurling was born May 25, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and passed away December 23, 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida following a lengthy illness. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Zada Spurling; five daughters, Lisa (Clay) Green, Tina (Billy) Saunders, Jeanie Crabtree, Keisha (Michael) Long, Amy (Brett) Duncan; seven grandchildren, Sasha Barefoot, Shelby Edwards, Samuel Crabtree, Tryston Long, Billy Garvin III, Brock Duncan, Adelyn Duncan; one great grandchild, Gavin Barefoot; numerous extended family and friends.
