Mr. Richard M. Howard, age 75 of Bryceville, passed away Friday, November 1, 2019. Mr. Howard was born in Jacksonville to the late Hezzie M. and Mary L. Delegal Howard. He was a proud US Navy veteran and a retired CSX Railroad ramp manager. He enjoyed gardening and farming. He is survived by his daughter: Ricanna (Kris) O'Donnell of Tampa; sister: Linda Flemming of Madison; and niece: Jenny Moore of Madison. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
