Phyllis Elaine Bishop

Ms. Phyllis Elaine Bishop of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 at her residence. Ms. Bishop is preceded in death by her daughter Lela Laverne Harrell. She is survived by two sons, Terry Harrell, Jr and Ronald Eugene Harrell, Sr; a daughter, Sandra Elaine Harrell; one sister, Sandra Louise Spells; one brother, Terry Curtis Milton; fourteen grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Ms. Bishop will be held on May 23, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Prestwood Funeral Home chapel.
