Peggy Ann Whitton (Bell), a beloved soul, was born on October 6, 1946, in Jacksonville, Florida. Her journey through life came to a peaceful close on January 15, 2026, at her residence in Clay Hill, Florida, where she was surrounded by her loving family. Peggy was a radiant presence, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Bell Sr. and Aline Bell, her cherished son, Allen Manning, and her four brothers, who welcomed her into the embrace of eternity. Peggy's spirit will continue to shine through the family she adored. She is survived by her devoted husband, Tommy Whitton, whose love stood as a testament to their enduring bond.

Together, they raised a remarkable family. Peggy is survived by her children: Melody Sauls, Dickey Teska, Chantel Teska, Michelle Teska, and Christie Whitton. Each of them carries with them the values and love she instilled, honoring her legacy through their lives.

In addition to her children, Peggy was blessed with thirteen grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren, each of whom added to the joy and light of her life. She thrived in her role as a matriarch, nurturing her family with her boundless love and unwavering support.

Peggy also leaves behind two sisters and two brothers, alongside many dear friends who cherished her generous spirit and genuine nature.
