Funeral services for Peggy Diana Watts (60) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 11 am, Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Temple Baptist Church with Pastor Bob Gallentine officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Sellers Cemetery. Mrs. Watts was born in Jacksonville, Florida on July 30, 1953, daughter of the late Grady Early Broxton and the former Dorothy Rosetta Thomas. She passed away on June 7, 2014 following a brief illness. In addition to her husband of 45 years, George Watts, Sr., survivors include: two sons, George (Christina) Watts, Jr. and Daniel Watts; five grandchildren, Brandy, Amber, Lisa, Daniel Jr. and Eli; one great grandchild, Raylan; mother, Dorothy Thomas; sister, Shirley Rynearson; numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Wednesday, June 11, 2014 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home. Those serving as pallbearers include: Jerry Schofield, Tony Martenza, Benny Collinson, Steve Whitaker, Bruce Rynearson and Sean Benningfield.
