Memorial services Olga A. "Judy" Bradley (90) of Baldwin, Florida will be held at 7:00 PM, Friday, March 29, 2013 at Baldwin Assembly of God, 17347 US 90 West Baldwin, FL 32234, with Pastor Bert Hutson and Rev. Jerry Johns officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Bradley was born October 19, 1922 in Conemaugh, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Nicolas Adamchak and the former Salomia Mikulak. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on March 26, 2013. She worked for many years as a legal assistant. Her survivors include two daughters, Bonnie (Frank) Bullard, Jr. and Connie (Freddy) Smith; three grandsons, Frank (Dodi) Bullard, III, Eric (Tina) Smith and Bryan (Brandi) Smith; one granddaughter Beth (Justin) Bowers; four great grandsons, Bryce Smith, Bradson Bowers, Joseph Smith and Brant Smith; four great granddaughters, Mady Kate Bullard, Savanna Smith, Reagan Bowers and Anniston Bowers; three brothers, William, Boris and Peter Adamchak; three sisters, Mary Stelmack, Pearl Slavik and Helen Polding and numerous extended family members and friends. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Baldwin Assembly of God or Southside Baptist Church in Nahunta, Georgia.
