Funeral services for Nell Priester Morgan (86) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2009 in the Bryceville Historic Church with Rev. Dr. L. Holton Siegling, Jr., senior pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Fernandina Beach officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Bryce Cemetery, Bryceville, Florida. Mrs. Morgan was born May 12, 1923 in Jacksonville, Florida, daughter of the late Nicholas Francis Priester and the former Bessie Anderson. She passed away on August 28, 2009 following a lengthy illness. She is survived by: daughter, Frances (Bob) Joseph; two granddaughters, Jennifer Morgan and Leigh Arklie; grandson, Bobby Joseph. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Crichton Morgan and daughter, Nancy Anne Arklie. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2009 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home.
