John Seykora

Visitation services for John Henry Seykora (82) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held from 6-8 pm, Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Old Plank Baptist Church. John was born on November 11, 1932 in Owatonna, Minnesota, son of the late John George Seykora and the former Elizabeth Frances Stienkemper. He passed away on February 23, 2015 following a brief illness. In addition to his wife, Betty (Seykora) Sweat, he is survived by: four sons, Michael (Dorothy) Seykora, Michael (Cindy) Sweat, Greg Sweat and Joey Sweat; daughter, Tami Seykora; four grandchildren, USAF Captain Caitlin (Sean) Seykora, Craig Seykora, Justin Sweat and Tanner Sweat; great grandson, Maverick; numerous extended family friends. He was preceded in death by: wife, Eunice Seykora and son Craig Seykora. His services and interment will be held at a later time in Owatonna, Minnesota.
