Funeral services for Jimmy Randall Carter "Jim" of Jacksonville, FL will be held Monday, 2:00 P.M., January 29, 2007, at Dinsmore Baptist Church (10500 Old Kings Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32219) with Rev. Chris Young officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Mr. Carter was born May 21, 1947 in Hazelhurst, GA, the son of the late John Edward Lee and the former Ruth Powell. He passed away January 26, 2007 in Jacksonville, FL. Memberships include: IBEW Local 177, Dinsmore Baptist Church and the Moose Lodge #1641. In addition to his mother, survivors include: Wife of 12 Years, Anita Carter; Son, Scott (Kristine) Carter; Two Daughters, Sherry (Bob) Piljay and Michelle Carter; Brother, John (Gina) Lee; Sister Johnna Dale (Ricky) Dunn; Two Grandchildren, Ilissa and Sebastian Piljay. A private graveside committal will be held Tuesday, 11:00 A.M., January 30, 2007 at Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville, FL.
