BELL- Funeral services for Jeanette Elaine Bell (73) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Otis Road Church of God, 801 Otis Road, Jacksonville, FL 32220 with Rev. Steve Thomas officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Sellers Cemetery. Ms. Bell was born on October 8, 1943 in Jacksonville, Florida, daughter of the late Logan D. Sellers and the former Ruth B. Ellison. She went home to be with the Lord on April 22, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida following an extended illness. Ms. Bell was employed as a Medical Transcriptionist and worked at local hospitals during her over 30 year career, retiring at Nemours in Jacksonville. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and loved when her family would bring her fresh vegetables from the garden. Ms. Bell was loved by all that knew her. She is survived by her loving daughters: Angela Mead and Lisa Robbins; grandsons, Steven Jacobs, Trevor Mead and Steven Watkins; granddaughters, Brooke (Robert) Starling, Candice Wilcoxen and Amanda Boles; great-grandchildren, Chandler, Alaina, Jace and Legend; brother, Larry (Barbara) Sellers; sisters, Dorothy M. Johnson, Marian (Arthur) Duncan, Alice (Frank) Starling, Lydia (David) Johnson-Oakes and Debra Martin; numerous extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Elick Chandler Bell, as well as many other family members and close friends.
