SHIRLEY- Funeral Services for James Franklin Shirley (87) of Starke, Florida will be held Sunday at 7 P.M., June 24, 2007, in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home, with Brother Rusty Bryan officiating. Graveside Services and interment will follow Monday, 11 A.M., June 25, 2007 in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Valdosta, GA. Mr. Shirley was born April 10, 1920 in Fargo, Georgia, the son of the late James A. Shirley and the former Arie Touchton. He passed away Friday, June 22, 2007 following a brief illness. In addition to his Wife of 66 years, Vertis Shirley, he is survived by: Three Daughters, Reba (Russell) McDonald, Jeannie (Maitland) Dampier and Darlene (Tommy) Loveless; Three Sisters, Emily Smith, Belle Cason and Mildred Smith; Fourteen Grandchildren, Seventeen Great Grandchildren and Three Great Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5-7 P.M., June 24, 2007 at the funeral home
