Funeral services for James Arthur Robertson (79) of Baldwin, Florida will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, October 31, 2010 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Sampson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Mr. Robertson was born on June 10, 1931 in Cambridge New York, son of the late Andrew Woods Robertson and the former Dorothy Beach. He passed away in Thursday, October 28, 2010 in Jacksonville, Florida. Memberships include: First United Methodist of Baldwin; Cambridge Masonic Lodge F&AM; Past Master of Dawkins Masonic Lodge 60 F&AM; Past Master of Baldwin Masonic Lodge F&AM; Lawtey York Rite Bodies; Baldwin Chapter 171 O.E.S., Worthy Patron 11 times including the present term; also plural with Callahan 154 O.E.S. In addition to his wife of 54 years, Pat Robertson, he is survived by: son, Andrew (Valerie) Turner; daughter, Vicki (James) Newsome; four grandchildren, Cole Jackson, Jeremiah Newsome, Stephanie Harrelson and Lacy Cahanin; five great grandchildren; sister, Margaret Husni; eleven nieces and nephews; numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by: granddaughter, Patricia Victoria Newsome; grandson, Andrew Turner, Jr.; two sisters, Katherine Ludwick and Elizabeth Ridler.
