Holly Patrice Bumgarner

Holly Bumgarner, 33, of Jacksonville, FL, died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 27, 2016 in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Holly was born February 6, 1983, in Jacksonville, FL, and lived in Orlando, Jacksonville, and Jacksonville Beach throughout her life, and most recently worked as a Nursing Unit Supervisor for Lakeside Rehab. She is survived by her mother, Pam Carpenter, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; her step-dad, Pat Judge, Orlando, FL; three brothers, Shane Carpenter (wife, Lori Carpenter), Apopka, FL, Richard Hartshorne (wife, Leigh Ann Hartshorne), Oviedo, FL, and Jason Hartshorne, Apopka, FL; her aunt, Debbie Edwards; her uncle, Larry Edwards; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Pat Carpenter; and both her paternal grandparents, Lee and Hilda Carpenter; and her maternal grandparents, Bishop and Goldie Edwards. Services will be held at 11 a.m. (family viewing at 9 a.m., public viewing at 10 a.m.), Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Julington Creek Celebration Church (616 State Road 13, St. Johns, FL 32259), Pastor Jeff McDuffie will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be Shane Carpenter, Richard Hartshorne, Keith Snyder, Lance Snyder, Larry Edwards, and Justin Edwards.
