Gerald "Jerry" Fouraker

A celebration of life memorial service for Gerald "Jerry" Elzy Fouraker (65) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the West Shores Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Reid officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mr. Fouraker was born March 6, 1947 in Jacksonville, Florida and passed away on October 11, 2012. He was a sheet metal mechanic for T&B Metal Works and Palatka Sheet Metal. His past times included: channel surfing, going on cruises, being a big joker and making people life. In addition to his wife, Patricia Anne Fouraker, survivors include: two brothers, Carl and Earl; three sisters, Maxine, Mary and Doris; two daughters, Lisa and Cynthia; son, Jerry Jr. (Cindy); six grandchildren, David, Brandon, Allyson, Amanda, Casey and Jody; a loving sister and brother in law; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; faithful companion, Bubba dog. He was preceded in death by: his parents, George and Dorothy Wade; sister, Roberta Baity. The family requests that no flowers be sent
