MOORE- Funeral services for George "Terry" Terrance Moore (49) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday April 25, 2016 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Drum officiating. The private family interment will follow at Brandy Branch Cemetery in Bryceville, Florida. Mr. Moore was born on April 14, 1967 in Shelby, North Carolina to Charles R. Moore Sr. and the former Dianne Williams. He passed away on April 21, 2016 following a lengthy illness. Survivors include: mother Dianne Bostic (Danny); brother, Ray Moore (Jane); nieces, Jessica and Julia Moore; nephews, Jimmy and Jerrod Moore; numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles R. Moore Sr. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
