A Mass of Christian Burial for George Raymond Litzelman (74) of Bryceville, FL will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 7, 2008 at Our Lady of Consolation (541668 U.S. 1, Callahan, Florida 32011) with Father Ralph Besendorfer officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville, Florida. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, March 6, 2008 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home. Mr. Litzelman was born November 10, 1933 in New Albany, Pennsylvania, the son of the late George A. Litzelman and the former Loretta Pritchard Litzelman. He passed away following a brief illness on March 03, 2008. In addition to his mother and wife of 53 years, Ann T Litzelman, he is survived by: Three Sons, David, Scott (Carol) and Michael (Annette) Litzelman; Daughter, Lisa Jones; Two Sisters, Mary Jane Trasco and Marlene Pardoe; Four Brothers, Gerald (Lois), Bernard (Elaine), Donald (Shirley) and Gordon (Sandy) Litzelman; Five Grandchildren and Five Great Grandchildren. Memberships include: Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Our Lady of Consolation and The Knights of Columbus. He was retired from CSX. The Knights of Columbus will be serving as pallbearers.
