Funeral services for Faith Lynn Jorgensen (2) of Middleburg, Florida will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2011 at the First Baptist Church of Middleburg with Pastor Alan Floyd officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Holly Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Faith was born on November 21, 2008 in Orange Park, Florida, daughter of David Lawrence Jorgensen and the former Kathy Lynn Farris. She passed away on May 29, 2011. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Angelica Lynn Brewer, numerous family and friends.
