Eugene Dickey "Dick" Church, Sr

Funeral services for Eugene Dickey Church, Sr. (66) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at The Church at Suncoast (4200 Georgetown Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32210) with pastor Mike Gaylor officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Dick was born on June 2, 1947 in Huntington, West Virginia, son of the late Mary Ann Church. He passed away on September 13, 2013 following a lengthy illness. In addition to his wife of 37 years, Jean Church, survivors include: son, Nicholas (Brandy) Church; daughter-in-law, Holly Church; four grandchildren, Samantha, Alyssa, Ebin and Hadley Church; numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Eugene Dickey Church, Jr. in 2004.
