Emery Braddock Stokes

Funeral services for Emery Braddock Stokes (67) of Bryceville, Florida will be held 12 p.m., Monday, June 23, 2014 at Brandy Branch Baptist Church with pastors Rusty Bryan and Bill Turner officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Brandy Branch Cemetery, Bryceville, Florida. Mr. Stokes was born on July 16, 1946 in Folkston, Georgia, son of the late Emery Proctor Stokes and the former Eva Braddock. He passed away on June 20, 2014 following a lengthy illness. In addition to his wife of 42 years, Joann Stokes, survivors include: daughter, Brandi (Jeff) Tuccillo; son, Brad Stokes; brother, Morgan (Judy) Stokes; two brother-in-laws, Ronnie (Ann) Grooms and Larry (Barbara) Grooms; three grandchildren, Abbie, Jay and Jackson Tuccillo; numerous extended family and friends. Those serving as pallbearers include: Ronald Grooms, Dean Grooms, Damon Foskey, Alan Adcock, Tim Stokes and Harry Fouraker. Honorary pallbearers include: Don Proctor, Douglas Carter, Donald Kelly, Roy Braddock, Dwight Braddock, Frank Fouraker, Sheron Davis, Harold Stokes, Michael Stokes, David Hunt and Everett Davis. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
