Elizabeth "Betsy" Chessman

Funeral services for Elizabeth LuClair Chessman "Betsy" (37) of Baker County, Florida will be held 11am, Friday, February 28, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Baldwin with Rev. Chris Drum officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Brandy Branch Cemetery, Bryceville, Florida. Betsy was born in Cherry Point, North Carolina, daughter of Phillip Chessman and the former Suzanne Prestwood. She passed away unexpectedly on February 25, 2014. Her survivors include: daughter, Chase Haydu; son, Kade Chessman; mother, Suzanne (Eddie) Bibb; father, Phillip (Darlene) Chessman; two brothers, Brad Chessman and Brent (Kristen) Chessman; numerous extended family and friends. Those serving as pallbearers include: R. Vance Prestwood, Sr., Tim Rigdon, Lee Pittman, Chris Chessman, Daryl Chessman and R. Vance Prestwood, Jr. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Thursday, February 27, 2014 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home.
