BULLARD: Funeral services for Donna Bullard (62) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 7 p.m., Thursday, January 12, 2017 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Moore officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Bullard was born December 1, 1954 in Fernandina Beach, Florida, daughter of the late Thomas Hilliard Miller and the former Helen Marie Crosby. She passed away January 7, 2017 in Brunswick, Georgia following an extended illness. She is survived by her loving daughter, Shanna Williams; grandson, Colby Thomas Williams; grand-daughter, Chasitey Lynn Williams; numerous extended family and friends.
