Funeral services for Claire Vivian Claypool Sandiford (73) of Jacksonville, FL will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2008 in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens with Rev. Steve McCollum of First Baptist Church Downtown Jacksonville officiating. The interment will immediately follow. Mrs. Sandiford was born November 22, 1934 in Jackson, MS the daughter of the late Harry E. Claypool and the former Anna E. Carter. She passed away March 14, 2008 in Jacksonville, FL following a brief illness. Mrs. Sandiford was a member of First Baptist Church Downtown Jacksonville. She is survived by: Two Daughters, Barbara (James) Guinan and Sherri (Rick) Morin; Four Sons, Mark (Donna), Mike, Ronnie and Scott (Eva) Sandiford; Thirteen Grandchildren and Seventeen Great Grandchildren; Two Sisters, Mary Morrison and Joyce Roberts. The family will receive friends from 10a.m.-12 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2008 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home.
