PROCTOR - Funeral services for Carol Lyndis Proctor (70) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 11 am, Wednesday, April 1, 2015 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Mayfield officiating. The interment will reconvene in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville, Florida. Carol was born on November 28, 1944 in Pikeville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Russell Anderson and the former Lilly Jane Tackett. She passed away on March 29, 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida. She is survived by: three sons, Steven (Tammy) Proctor, Shane Guthrie and Charlie (Nicky) Proctor; two daughters, Melissa (Chris) Sauls and Tara (Carlos) Ramos; twelve grandchildren, Kyle Guthrie, Rachel Rhoden, Bruce Fridley, Jessica Sauls, Rebecca Sauls, Carlos Ramos Jr., Alyssa Ramos, Ty Echols, Ashley Ramos, Celina Guthrie, Charlie Proctor III, and Nivia Proctor; six great grandchildren; numerous extended family & friends. Those serving as pallbearers include: Steven Guthrie, Kyle Guthrie, Shane Guthrie, Carlos Ramos, Charlie Proctor and Tony Lehman. Honorary pallbearers include: C.J. Ramos and Chris Sauls. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home.
