ALLEN- Funeral services for Billye Mack Griner-Allen (75) of Baldwin, FL will be held 11:00A.M., Friday, February 16, 2007 at the Baldwin Methodist Church (51 South Chestnut Street, Baldwin, FL 32234), with the Rev. Candice Martin and Rev. Greg Sampson officiating. Interment will follow in Brandy Branch Cemetery, Bryceville, FL. Family will receive friends Thursday, February 15, 2007 from 6-9 P.M. at the church. Those desiring may make donations to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida (4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257 (904) 268-5200) in Mrs. Allen's memory. Mrs. Allen was born September 11, 1931 in Perry Florida, the daughter of the late William Mack Curtis Griner and the former Kathryn Edenfield, and died peacefully February 12, 2007 at her home surrounded by family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Earl Allen; her children, Cathie (Johnny) Brantley and Curtis (Candie) Allen; her grandchildren Tamia (Josh) Ellwood, Paige Brantley, Ken Allen and Berrie Allen; Great-Granchildren, Gabe and Michael Ellwood; Sister-in-law Sally Griner; Special friends Verna (C.A.) Hunt and Dianne (Danny) Bostic, and her loyal family pet Bubba. Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her brother John David Griner. Serving as pallbearers will be: C.A. Hunt, Danny Bostic, Paul Hollinger, Bruce Stewart, Gibson Crews and David Fuller. Honorary Pallbearers: Wilbur Petrey, Sam Gordon, Cedric Wildes and James Higginbotham. Arrangements entrusted to R.V.
