Billy Newman, Sr

Funeral services for Billy J. Newman, Sr. "Billy Bob" (52) of Bryceville, Florida will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, February 20, 2014 at River Road Baptist Church with Pastor Benjie Loyd officiating. The interment will immediately follow in River Road Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the funeral home. Mr. Newman was born on July 4, 1961 in Jacksonville, Florida, son of the late Ellis Newman and the former Della Pearl Gay. He passed away on February 17, 2014 following a lengthy illness. In addition to his wife of 28 years, Trellis Newman he is survived by: son, Buddy (Mollie) Newman; brother, Leslie (Tina) Newman; numerous extended family and friends. Those serving as pallbearers include: Les Newman Jr., Matthew Pfister, Cody Garner, Kyle Pipkin, Warren Anderson and Everett Pringle.
