Betty Hansen

Funeral services for Betty Hansen (85) of Bryceville, Florida will be held 11 am, Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Assembly of God in Baldwin, Florida with pastors Bert and Lori Hutson officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Betty was born on March 24, 1929 in Dunbar, Virginia, daughter of the late Walter Sergent and the former Rosa Bledsoe. She went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 20, 2014. As a resident of Bryceville for 35 years, she loved the Lord, playing the guitar, singing and cooking for the multitudes. In addition to her husband of 47 years, Ernie Hansen, survivors include: son, Philip (Belinda) Hendrix; three daughters, Joyce Rehberg, Nancy (Jesse) Nipper and Vickie (David) Fuller; fourteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren; numerous extended family and friends. Those serving as pallbearers include: Philip Hendrix, Jimmy Rehberg, Joey Rehberg, Dean Holland, Michael Holland, Jacob Fuller and Philip Fuller. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
