HOLT - Graveside Services for Avery Eugene Holt (57) of Satsuma, Florida will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 22, 2008 in Jacksonville Memory Gardens, Orange Park, Florida with Brother Jake Crabtree officiating. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m., Sunday, December 21, 2008 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home. Mr. Holt was born August 16, 1951 in Jacksonville, Florida, son of the late Thomas Allison Holt and the former Verna Mildred Crabtree. He passed away December 16, 2008 following a brief illness at his home. Survivors include: Son, Sean (Carolyn) Holt; Daughter, Renee Holt; Two Grandsons, Danny and Christian; Two Brothers, Larry (Robin) Holt and Elbry Clinton; numerous extended family. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Patricia Holt.
