THORNTON – Funeral Services for Anna Joyce Morris-Thornton (59) of O'Brien, Florida will be held 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Bryceville with Pastor Larry Sweat and Pastor Joey Rountree officiating. The interment will follow at 2:30 P.M. in South Prong Cemetery, Sanderson, Florida. Mrs. Thornton was born in Marianna, Florida, April 11, 1947, the daughter of Sam Morris and the former Annie Ruth Mayo. She passed away March 8, 2007 in her home. She is survived by husband of 42 years, Willard D. Thornton; Son, Christopher (Jennifer) Thornton; Daughter, Cyndi Thornton; Three Grandchildren, Joshua Thornton, Christal Thornton, and Zachary Thornton; and Brother, Duglas (Marilyn) Morris. Serving as pallbearers: David Ellis, Jim Thornton, Jr., Mike Femoyer, Jimmy Bennett, Robert Morris, and William Hutto.
