TOMLIN- Memorial services for Alton Rayburn Tomlin (74) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 7:30 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2015 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home with Pastor Deryle Adkison officiating. Mr. Tomlin was born on May 13, 1941 in Warrior, Alabama and went home to be with the Lord on December 1, 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida following a brief illness. In addition to his wife of 34 years, Sherran Tomlin, survivors include: daughters, Alecia Tomlin and Misty Ernster; sons, Anthony, Danny and Ray Tomlin; brother, C.W. Tomlin; sister, Mary Francis Ford; grandchildren, Katie Perry, Bradley, Shelby, Sofia Ernster, Kara Robinson, Brian, Hunter, Victoria, Fred Austin Jr., Morgan Cook, Lisa Robinson, Braylee Cook; great grandson John Tomlin; son in laws, Steve Ernster and Fred Austin; daughter in laws, Jackie and Donna; sister in law, Lisa Robinson; Loving friends Laurie and Scott Thomas, Janette Holmes and the Lions family; numerous extended family and friends.
