Albert Wayne "Baby" Rountree, Sr

Funeral services for Albert Wayne "Baby" Rountree, Sr., (71) of Jacksonville, Florida will be held 7pm, Monday, March 23, 2015 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Thomas officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Wayne was born on January 15, 1944, son of the late Raymond Rountree and the former Marylee Simmons. He passed away on March 18, 2015 following a lengthy illness. In addition to his wife of 12 years, Paulette Rountree, he is survived by: two daughters, Robin (Charles) Lindsey, Wendy Melton; son, Bert Rountree, Jr.; two sisters, Margie Crawford and Pat Thompson; three brothers, Ray (Connie) Rountree, Joe Elwyn Rountree and James (Peggy) Rountree; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; numerous family and friends.
