Randy James Oxley

Mr.Randy James Oxley, age 54, of Hilliard, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025, in Jacksonville, Florida, following a brief illness.

Randy was born in Eastman, GA, on August 30, 1970, to the late Marlene and James Oxley. He graduated from Dodge County High School in 1989 and immediately began working for Piggly Wiggly Southern, rising in the ranks to become a Co-Manager.  He later left grocery retail to pursue a career with the Georgia Department of Corrections.  Randy was an avid fan of racing and the University of Georgia football.

Randy is survived by his partner, Crystal Oxley; daughters, Randi Nicole Oxley of Douglasville and Cassidy Taylor of Rentz; son, Ryan Oxley (Savanna) of Empire; sisters, Janice Scarborough of Eastman and Debra Scarborough (Ricky) of Eastman; brother, Michael Oxley (Leon) of Lizella; two grandchildren, Bella and Daytona Floyd; a niece and nephew; and numerous extended family members and countless friends.

A private graveside service will be held for Randy at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to your favorite charity.
